The Nursery

The school nursery was started in 2015 as part of the school farm to teach children the various methods of making saplings, for vegetables and horticultural plants.

Saplings

such as mogra (jasmine), moringa, papaya, mango as well as tomato, brinjal and chilly were distributed for the village women under Village Improvement Programme (VIP).

In 2019, Nareshwadi Learning Centre worked with the Inner Wheel Club of Queen Necklace in association with Greenathon India, where children learnt to make seed balls.

Children made 6500 seed balls of indigenous plants, to be planted in Monsoon of 2019 on forest land.
